The agreement

These terms are an agreement between you and Mint Mind (FZC) ("Dashi", "we"), which runs Dashi Metrics at dashimetrics.com. By creating an account or using Dashi, you agree to them. If you use Dashi for a company, you agree on its behalf.

The service

Dashi is web analytics: a tracking script you add to your sites, a live globe and dashboards, revenue from Stripe or your own purchase events, and a connector for AI apps.

Dashi is free: every feature, every site. Nothing is ever charged without your agreement.

Your account

Keep your sign-in safe: you're responsible for what happens under your account.

You must be at least 16, and old enough to agree to these terms where you live.

Acceptable use

Only add tracking to sites you own or are allowed to measure.

Don't use Dashi to break the law, to collect sensitive personal data (such as health details, payment card numbers or passwords) through events, to attack or overload the service, or to get at other people's data.

Respect your visitors: show the notices and collect the consents your own laws require.

Your data

Your sites' analytics data is yours. You allow us to store and process it only to run Dashi for you; we don't sell it.

The privacy page (dashimetrics.com/privacy) explains what we collect and how we use it.

You can delete a site or your whole account at any time, and its data is deleted with it.

AI apps you connect

When you approve an AI app (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or another MCP client), it can read your sites' analytics, add sites and choose which events count as conversion goals for you, until you disconnect it.

That app is run by its own company under its own terms and privacy policy. You choose to share your Dashi data with it, and you're responsible for what you ask it to do.

Availability

We work to keep Dashi running and your data safe, but Dashi is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. Features may change or be removed.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mint Mind (FZC) is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue or data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and USD 100.

Ending

You can stop using Dashi and delete your account at any time.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk, with notice where we reasonably can.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll tell you by email or in the app before it applies; using Dashi after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the applicable federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.
