is my stripe key safe?
you paste a stripe restricted key (rk_…), never your secret key. it's encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and only its last four characters are ever shown back to you.
will the script slow my site?
no. it's one small script, under 7 KB gzipped, loaded with defer, so your page renders first.
who can see my numbers?
only you, until you invite your team or make a share link, and you pick what each one sees. your pin (name, avatar, rough location) shows on the public world map unless you hide it in globe settings.
how do I install it?
hand one prompt to cursor, lovable, bolt or claude code and it adds what you pick: the script, revenue, events, an ad-blocker proxy and server errors. or paste the script yourself, on next.js, wordpress or any site.
do I need stripe?
no. any payment provider works: send each sale as a purchase event from your site or your server. sales sent from your server get the verified badge, like stripe's.
will ad blockers hide my visitors?
not with the first-party proxy. dashi gives you a ready-made setup for next.js, vercel, netlify, cloudflare or nginx, so tracking runs through your own domain.
does dashi record sessions?
no. dashi spots stuck visitors (rage clicks, dead clicks, frantic scrolling) right in their browser and only sends a score. what they actually did never leaves their device.
can I track several sites?
yes. add every domain, see them all together or one at a time.
do bots mess up my numbers?
no. crawlers are counted separately from visitors, so your numbers are real people.
can i use dashi with claude or chatgpt?
yes. add https://www.dashimetrics.com/mcp as a connector in claude, chatgpt or cursor, sign in, and ask about your numbers. it can also set up tracking on a new site for you. steps are at dashimetrics.com/ai.
